I just used Auto Lease Direct to lease a new car after being unhappy with the dealers I visited. I always dread leasing a new car because of the amount of time you end up spending at the dealer. The moment I spoke with Jose I knew I made the right choice. I told him what I was looking for and he kept me up to date throughout the entire process. And the price was a less than what the dealer had quoted me for the same car. Jose delivered the car to my house and paperwork took about 30 minutes. It couldn’t have been easier!

Ron was incredibly patient as he checked prices on quite a few vehicles for me and different manufacturers. In the end he got me a great deal on my Traverse and also top dollar for my trade in. Ron got me the exact vehicle I found online as an example. The Traverse took a couple of months to come in but Ron kept me up to date every step of the way. Once the car arrived Ron told me that the manufacturer incentives have changed from month to month but he was still able to stay true to the number he quoted me. It was so nice to not have to haggle and deal with a dealership. Jose took care of the delivery and was great. Kept in communication with me. Moved the original delivery day due to torrential rain storms. He told me he wouldn’t be happy picking up the car and inspecting it at the dealership in the rain as he wanted to ensure there were no issues with the car. I was happy to receive the new car on a nice day so I can see it all cleaned up and ready. Jose was very flexible with my schedule and extremely professional when dropping the car and taking my trade. I will continue to use Ron and Team going forward for a stress free transactions and not to have to walk into a dealership! Great job guys!

I could not recommend Auto Lease Direct more. In a time when the number of new cars out there are limited, they had incredible patience while we went back and forth trying to find the exact vehicle I wanted.
The entire process is so easy. Getting a new car delivered to your house and not having to deal with a car sales-person and spend unnecessary hours in a dealership was the best.

I actually had such a great experience working with José. Since there’s a car shortage, it really helped to have someone with access to all the dealerships as opposed to working with only 1 dealership. The whole process was seamless. He was very knowledgeable, kept suggesting other comparable cars that I’d be interested in, just to broaden my search, and he shopped around everywhere to get me the best deal. When I tell people the deal I got, they are all floored! The price and trade in value I got were UNMATCHED. I will 100% never work with anyone else for car shopping. Plus he delivered it to me so I never had to leave my house.
